TAMPA, Fla. – A Miami man was arrested on Thursday and charged with the same dangerous drug that he admitted was misbranding a prescription drug in a pharmacy.
Robert D. Aron, 41, was charged with one count of possession with intent to sell drugs, one count of possession with intent to sell, two counts of trafficking in drugs, one count of trafficking in counterfeit goods and one count of distribution of drugs.
Aron’s arrest came a day after authorities in Palm Beach County released a statement that he had been arrested on Friday and charged with a felony drug offense.
He faces charges of trafficking in drugs, one count of trafficking in counterfeit goods, one count of distribution of drugs, and one count of trafficking in counterfeit goods.

The arrest occurred on the afternoon of January 11, when Aron, a self-described pharmacy owner, bought 30-day supplies of Viagra and other erectile dysfunction drugs at his home in the 4500 block of W. State Street in downtown Miami.
“We went to a pharmacy and had some Viagra in our bottle and I was walking down the street and I saw a man holding a bottle of Viagra,” Aron, who was arrested, told the Miami Herald. “I was just about to give him a little piece of paper and I was looking at a bottle of Viagra.”
The man was arrested at around 11:30 p.m., according to the arrest report.
In his arrest report, Aron told the Herald that he had bought Viagra at his pharmacy about two hours prior to the time he went to his local pharmacy to buy the drugs. Aron admitted to having taken a bottle of Viagra and other erectile dysfunction drugs at the pharmacy before leaving the drug store.
“He did not have any of the information that was going into the bottle, but I did,” Aron said, “and I was going to give the bottle to somebody.”

Aron admitted to the report that he had been selling counterfeit Viagra for two days before going to his local pharmacy to buy the drugs.

In his arrest report, Aron said that he had been in touch with someone he knew who was selling Viagra for two days, that he had a prescription from a doctor who was prescribing the medication for the medication, and that he had bought the drugs at his pharmacy. Aron said that he had used the prescription from his doctor for about four days before he went to his local pharmacy to buy the drugs.
Aron admitted that he was a customer of the pharmacy when he was arrested, that he had received a prescription from his doctor for Viagra, that he had been told that he would be charged with trafficking in counterfeit drugs, and that he would be charged with a felony drug offense. He was released from jail on $500,000 bail and ordered to stop selling the drugs.
He said that he had no idea that he was a pharmacist and he did not have a license to sell counterfeit drugs.
Aron said that his arrest was made up of the fact that he had no medical records, no arrest warrant or information, no information about his relationship with his business and no medical records that he would be able to use to help him.
Aron’s arrest was the result of a tip off by the Miami Herald’s Miami Area Regional News Service that Aron was selling Viagra for sale at a pharmacy in the 3600 block of W. State Street in Miami.
The tip off, which was in response to a tip from Aron’s agent, also said that Aron had a prescription from a doctor who was prescribing the medication for Viagra.
